The misson of the Promotions Committee is to put forth a positive image for Downtown Ayden. The committee plans how best to spread the word about all the great things that are happening downtown.
The 2007-2008 goals for the Promotions Committee were as follows:
Develop Downtown Ayden Logo
Order Downtown Ayden t-shirts
Order Downtown Ayden street banners
Develop Downtown Ayden website
Create Downtown Ayden Newsletter
Facilitate Groundbreaking Ceremony for the New Downtown Pavillion
Goals for 2008-2009 include:
Continue upgrading and posting to the Downtown Ayden website
Continue developing and posting quarterly newsletters
Support and promote functions of the Design and Economic Restructuring Committees
